We only accept returns that are unused and undamaged.

To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of the item, providing the order number, description of the problem and photos as evidence.
Review and Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your return or exchange request and guide you through the next steps after confirming the issue.
Returns:
After confirming your return or exchange request, you will need to send the goods back to us fully packaged with the invoice and accessories.
Refund Or Exchange:
Upon receipt of the return, we will process the refund or exchange according to your request. Upon receipt of the return, we will process the refund as soon as possible and refund the purchase price in the same manner.
Precautions：
