Warranty Period:
Our building block toys are entitled to a free warranty period of 12 months from the date of your purchase. During this period, if you encounter any manufacturing defects or quality problems, we will provide you with free repair or replacement services.
Warranty Coverage:
The warranty policy covers the following conditions:
Manufacturing defects: such as damaged parts, interface connection problems and other problems caused by the production process.
Material Problems: quality problems caused by unqualified or non-durable materials.
Non-human damage: problems occurring under normal use, non-accidental impact, breakage and other human factors caused by damage.
Warranty process:
During the warranty period, if you find any problems, please contact our customer service team in a timely manner, providing your order number and a description of the problem.
Our customer service will assist you to determine whether the problem meets the warranty coverage, if so, we will arrange repair or replacement services for you.
If you need to send the product back for repair, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back, and we will cover the return shipping cost after repair.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty policy does not cover the following situations:
Human damage: such as damage caused by accidental impact, falling, improper operation, etc.
Unauthorized repair: problems caused by repair, modification or disassembly acts not authorized by us.
